I was there to meet FEDEX when they made the delivery of my fathers casket.  I was the first to see it.. of course the funeral director didn't like it because it saved us thousands.... But it was the EXACT casket that my sister showed me from the funeral home packet!! It was packed nicely and it seemed that they didn't have any problems getting it out of the box. There was no damage upon inspection and most importantly it arrived EXACTLY when you said it would arrive. I must say that initially I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a casket online. However the cost savings were too tempting, so I tried it.
